Totally wrong description. If 0<x that means x must and should be a positive number but example is taken with negative number which is totally wrong. Please make sure it's correct.

In this question, you are already mentioned about negative integers. So, the largest set of four consecutive integers that includes 0 is 0: 3 2 1 0.
